Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and refine marketing content including emails, blogs, social posts, executive thought leadership, and product collateral.
- Partner with product marketing, growth marketing, PR, and demand generation teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Assist in content strategy for lead generation initiatives across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Demandbase.
- Maintain editorial calendars, campaign maps, and content workflows to ensure consistent messaging and quality.
- Take ownership of content initiatives independently within the first 4-8 weeks.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats.
- Proven experience developing B2B or tech-focused marketing content.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and social media promotion.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand complex products and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Portfolio or writing samples (public links acceptable).
- Familiarity with financial services or mortgage industry content.
- Experience with project and campaign management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce).
- Exposure to internal communications or employee engagement platforms.
- Work as part of a collaborative marketing team of ~8 members.
- Focus is on content strategy and development; design work is handled separately.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, growth, PR, social, and demand generation teams.
