We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our strategic marketing initiatives. This position plays a key role in planning and coordinating campaigns, managing content creation, and ensuring that all efforts align with brand standards and company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and a proactive attitude toward project management and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Coordinate marketing calendars, deliverables, and internal communications

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials

  • Monitor campaign performance and compile performance reports

  • Ensure consistency across all channels in messaging and branding

  • Support the organization and execution of events and marketing activations

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines

  • Familiarity with project management tools and marketing analytics platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
