Valley Health Physician Alliance serves the Las Vegas region with an expanding healthcare system and community outreach. Position Summary The Marketing Manager identifies, plans, develops and executes marketing strategies, tactics and programs within designated service areas to drive demand for service lines and providers, foster positive relationships with referral sources and collaborate with stakeholders to systematize exceptional patient experiences. Develops new business and enhances the organizations position in the community through outreach efforts and public relations. Works with agency resources to deploy promotional tactics across traditional and non-traditional channels, curates content locally, and ensures websites reflect current information. Prepares and delivers activity and performance reports. Responsibilities Initiate and manage all marketing projects. Outline creative briefings that convey objectives, target markets, preferred promotional channels, budget, etc., and submit project requests to initiate and guide creative development. Collaborate with and guide agency resources to ensure deliverables support objectives and are delivered on time. Ensure the organization, service lines and providers have collateral, are represented in paid and earned promotion, and are accurately represented on digital channels; ensure shareable content for social media and general public-facing resources. Participate in ongoing planning sessions and meetings. Develop marketing plans and establish/achieve marketing goals. Collaborate with administration, IPM Marketing Director, hospital teams, Director of Business Development and Physician Relationship Managers (PRM) to revise marketing efforts throughout the year. Work with PRMs to conduct outreach and relationship development activities with referral sources, prioritizing new providers to the network. Identify opportunities to assist peers and increase exposure of the physician network through events, media opportunities, health fairs, and strategic community support. Collaborate with hospital leadership and administrators to drive and sustain growth of the physician network; build alliances and partnerships with clinic staff, medical groups, and other stakeholders as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned. In lieu of degree, 5-7 years healthcare experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity. Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare; successful track record with customer service programs.
