Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SEO & PPC Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across search and paid platforms. This is an hourly, part-time role (60–80 hours per month) with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve rankings.

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI and maintain cost efficiency.

  • Write and optimize blog posts and website content aligned with SEO best practices.

  • Plan and execute backlink campaigns, including outreach and relationship-building.

  • Stay up-to-date with SEO and PPC trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to align SEO, PPC, and content strategies with overall marketing goals.

     

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).

  • Excellent blog writing and content creation skills with a focus on SEO.

  • Experience running backlinking campaigns and building domain authority.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong understanding of keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
