Overview Marketing Associate – Marketing position based in US location Clearwater, FL. The role supports the Patient Experience team with omnichannel campaigns to educate and empower patients, while collaborating across departments. This position reports to the SVP, Patient Experience. Location is flexible, with work during CT or ET hours required.
Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wyoming, Illinois residents are not eligible.
Responsibilities Lead and execute patient-focused campaigns: create and manage communications (email, SMS, webinars) that educate and support patients throughout their journey.
Develop engaging content across channels: build and curate educational materials for the website, blog, and social media; coordinate with Clinical and Marketing Ops to maintain the editorial calendar.
Optimize campaigns for impact: analyze data to identify opportunities and ensure alignment with short- and long-term goals.
Manage surveys and feedback loops: design, implement, and report on surveys (currently in Qualtrics) to gather insights and drive decisions.
Collaborate with Sales & Operations: stay aligned with initiatives such as product launch timelines and strategies.
Maintain marketing assets: keep relevant inboxes organized and respond to requests as needed.
Qualifications Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in lifecycle, retention, customer or content marketing.
Communication skills: exceptional written communication with attention to detail; able to write briefs and develop resonant campaigns.
Project management: detail-oriented; capable of managing multifaceted campaigns and delivering on time.
Curiosity and growth mindset: eager to learn and grow in marketing, sales, and communications.
Tech-savvy tools: familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze; Iterable is a plus); comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
Flexibility: willing to travel 2–4 times per year for in-person meetings.
