Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architectural Designer to lead the design and development of innovative healthcare facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural design principles, project management experience, and proficiency in industry-standard software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, focusing on healthcare facilities such as hospitals and medical centers.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to develop design concepts that align with project goals and requirements.
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and models.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices in healthcare design.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on healthcare projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in leading design teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
