The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, focusing on healthcare facilities such as hospitals and medical centers.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to develop design concepts that align with project goals and requirements.
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and models.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices in healthcare design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading design teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
