About the Role (The Big Picture Book)

Were looking for a Packaging Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a playful imagination to join our creative team. In this role, youll help design packaging that delights parents and sparks joy for kidswhether its a baby bottle box, a toddler toy carton, or a family-friendly gift set. Youll work closely with senior designers, copywriters, and product managers to create packaging thats as functional as it is fun.

This is a perfect opportunity for a designer whos eager to grow, learn, and see their ideas on shelves (and in playrooms) everywhere.

Your Playtime Tasks (What Youll Do)

  • Assist in designing packaging for baby and kids products across multiple categories.

  • Create dielines, mockups, and production-ready artwork files.

  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop fresh, creative packaging concepts.

  • Ensure packaging designs align with brand guidelines and child-friendly aesthetics.

  • Work with the copywriting and marketing teams to integrate visuals and messaging.

  • Prepare design files for printing and reviewing proofs.

  • Research trends in packaging, color, and kid-focused design to keep our look current.

Your Baby Steps (What Were Looking For)

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • 3+ years of professional experience in package design, ideally within consumer products, kids goods, or lifestyle categories.
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and color.

  • Detail-oriented with an understanding of dielines and print production.

  • Creative thinker who can balance fun, child-friendly design with practical function.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • A team player whos eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior designers.
