Overview

Our Boston based agency client is looking for a hands-on Project Manager with experience in a marketing or creative agency. This role is part time to start but may grow to full time and is specifically for someone who understands the website process and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive the workflow of one client's initiatives to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with managing the project process for a new client rollout of a website.
• Experience managing medium-to-large scale advertising and marketing projects with various channels and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive multiple streams of work concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining proper documentation.
• Strong administrative skills (organization, note taking, writing, communicating).
• Familiarity with advertising process, including strategic development, media buying, and production.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to break down complex information into understandable pieces.
• Ability to work independently to tackle problems and generate solutions.
• Knowledge of Excel, Acrobat Professional, Smartsheet and experience with Project Management/Workflow Tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management experience in website processes.
• Experience managing advertising and marketing projects across multiple channels and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with advertising development, media planning/buying, and production.
• Proficiency with Excel, Acrobat Professional, Smartsheet, and project/workflow tools.
