Responsibilities

The mission of Creator & Content Ads is to provide cutting-edge and unique solutions via innovative products & advanced technology to enable and empower brands to thrive on TikTok. Creator & Content Ads is a form of advertising that encourages users or influencers to promote brands or products by creating high-quality content that is highly consistent with brand values and image through certain incentives such as traffic, monetary rewards, etc. At its core, this approach softens the ‘hard sell’ nature of traditional ads by leveraging storytelling, interactivity, and entertainment to engage audiences. It subtly conveys brand messaging and fosters emotional connections.

  • Be responsible for building products of large-volume and high-quality creator content targeting brand clients, drive the evolution and innovation of UGC (User Generated Content) in brand advertising scenarios, continuously drive client budgets, and be accountable for the revenue of brand advertising.
  • Be responsible for the product workflow design of content submissions and content gameplay, including key modules such as creator recruitment, reward distribution, optimization of the creator's content submission experience, and innovative gameplay, and be accountable for creator experience metric of the product.
  • Collaborate with the algorithm to improve the quality of UGC content and the effectiveness of traffic through measures such as optimizing content pricing strategies and content distribution strategies, and be accountable for the product's performance.
  • Collaborate with global operations and sales, have an in-depth understanding of the brand advertising ecosystem, identify the needs of brand advertisers, propose brand advertising solutions related to creator content, and be accountable for long-term product strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 3+ years of product experience in Brand Ads or Creator Platform.
  • Product experience in one or more of the following areas: creator recruitment, creator tools, creator management flow.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to convey technical and business concepts effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions.
