Required candidate (For Unisex Hair & Skin salon) having Min 5 years working experience & Expert Style Hair styling( cutting , Highlight , Keratin treatment , Hair treatment ) Also skin care , Skin treatment & make-up . Must be good knowledge and experience in all type of make-up , bridal make -up , Party make-up etc.

Candidate must have be hands on with clients as well as good knowledge of marketing & business development.

Clients consultant and clients management . Making offers and publicity . Finding way to improve sale , Making packages

Needs to introduce new service and new product.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work with clients, including hair styling, makeup, skin care, and treatments as applicable.
• Provide client consultations and manage client relationships.
• Develop offers and publicity to attract clients.
• Identify ways to improve sales and create service packages.
• Introduce new services and products to the salon offering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in hair styling (cutting, highlighting, Keratin treatment, hair treatments) and related skincare, makeup, and makeup artistry.
• Expert in hair styling and techniques; skilled in all types of makeup including bridal and party makeup.
• Good knowledge and experience in marketing, business development, and client management.
