Overview

Communication Center Representative (call center) at TruPartner Credit Union in Cincinnati, Ohio. Full-time position focused on communicating with members about plans and services and delivering quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with members, answering incoming calls and proactively discussing information such as policies, programs, orders, payments, products, and services.
• Listen and empathize with members to remedy complaints in a calm and composed manner.
• Maintain excellent organization and time management to complete reports and records, balance daily transactions, attend meetings, and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Provide exceptional service that supports member success and team goals.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or related experience
• Basic understanding of computers and technology
• Strong communicator

Work Schedule

You typically work Monday through Thursday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, with some Saturdays (typically 2 per month) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Flexibility provides excellent customer service that our members and team greatly appreciate.
