Firm Hands Sport Massage is a growing wellness practice dedicated to helping athletes, professionals, and community members achieve peak performance and recovery. We’re passionate about promoting health, wellness, and sports performance — and we’re looking for a creative storyteller to help us share our message with the world.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator to develop and execute engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more), email newsletters, and our website. This individual will be responsible for showcasing our services, highlighting client success stories, and creating eye-catching visuals and videos to grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and post high-quality content (photos, videos, graphics, captions) that aligns with our brand voice and goals
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar across platforms
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage of massage sessions, wellness tips, and client testimonials (with consent)
• Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, and newsletters
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and promotions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role
• Strong photography and videography skills (smartphone or professional camera)
• Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
• Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and growth strategies
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video trends

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time (10–15 hours per week to start)
• Flexible schedule — some on-site work required
• Pay: $18–$25/hour DOE
