Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Merchandiser to join our team. This role will play a key part in curating, styling, and presenting Zodax products across multiple platforms, including showrooms, trade shows, digital channels, and retail partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, merchandising, and storytelling, with the ability to transform product assortments into compelling experiences that inspire customers and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute merchandising strategies for product collections in showrooms, trade shows, and retail environments.
• Develop visually appealing product displays, planograms, and layouts that align with seasonal trends and brand direction.
• Collaborate with product development and design teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation.
• Assist with showroom setups, photo shoots, and catalog styling.
• Research market and trend insights to inspire merchandising concepts and maintain Zodax’s competitive edge.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create product storytelling that enhances customer engagement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of inventory flow and merchandising needs.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in visual merchandising, creative styling, or product presentation (home décor, fashion, or retail industry preferred).
• Strong eye for design, color, proportion, and trends.
• Hands-on experience in showroom or retail merchandising.
• Proficiency with design/layout tools (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar) a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
