What You''ll Be Doing

  • Help shape and deliver creative work that elevates our clients’ business and brand objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their brand, target audience, and marketing goals—becoming a trusted partner in their success.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to bring fresh insights for innovative creative solutions.
  • Lead meeting agendas, capture key takeaways, and ensure next steps are clear and actionable to keep creative and strategy teams aligned.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to prioritize needs, manage expectations, and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Gain hands-on experience in how PMG scopes and staffs new opportunities by engaging in the proposal process and understanding project formation.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to support clients’ evolving business needs with a cohesive and strategic approach.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and explore new business opportunities aligned with PMG’s creative expertise.
  • Own complex challenges and drive thoughtful, effective resolutions that strengthen client trust and team collaboration.

What You''ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in creative account management, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to lead the day-to-day management of creative projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact across creative teams and client partners, fostering strong, solution-oriented relationships.
  • Adept at managing complex workflows and creative feedback across multiple workstreams, balancing priorities with clarity and confidence.
  • Deep understanding of creative production processes, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
  • Skilled in translating client needs into actionable next steps and ensuring creative excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for championing great work and supporting team collaboration.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer-focused mindset that seeks meaningful value.
