You will make an impact by
- Managing all aspects of our partner’s full funnel campaigns, providing excellent client service while maximizing business opportunities.
- Leading and mentoring a team across subverticals ensuring that all work aligns back to the master Walmart Brand and strategy.
- Establishing and growing strong relationships with senior client stakeholders by demonstrating industry knowledge and building trust through consistently delivering.
- Making strategic decisions and providing a clear sense of direction for creative on behalf of all partner briefs and asks.
- Initiating, creating, and developing client presentations and leading with confidence while actively listening to the client.
- Managing multi-faceted teams, delegating work appropriately, and ensuring the team remains challenged and inspired.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if
- Extremely persuasive presenter and writer with the ability to be simple, clear, and personally compelling regardless of the audience.
- Confident in your knowledge of the business and the work; you strive to be the person in the room with the answer. Owns the room.
- Empowers your team by providing guidance through specific project and campaign hurdles, stepping in only as needed.
- Looks for incremental opportunities within the work and finds cost-effective and creative ways to implement them with internal partners.
- Unafraid to take charge when necessary, decisive, and driven toward outcomes quickly; always forward-thinking.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field.
- 8-12 years experience as an agency Account Supervisor, Account Director, or similar role.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a retail environment (or other high-volume industry).
- Experience in project management tools including Smartsheet & Workfront.
- Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques.
- Understanding of account management fundamentals, including ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and allocate resources.
Additional preferred qualifications
- Experience working in Product launch or development.
- Experience in Branding.
- Retail experience working on in-store / omni-retail channels.
- Experience in Apparel, Beauty, Home, or CPG.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
