JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you have a Substack you’re oddly proud of? A notes app full of half-written blog drafts? An unhealthy obsession with the business of advertising and a love for making content that actually gets read? We’re on the hunt for a Creator & Copywriter Resident with a sharp pen (or keyboard) and sharper instincts. Based in Miami, this role sits on our internal marketing team and partners with our Content Marketing Manager on written content: from crafting scroll-stopping social posts (hi, LinkedIn) to writing newsletters, blogs, and Substack articles that marketers genuinely look forward to. You know how to shift tones without losing our brand voice, think strategically while still sounding human, and aren’t afraid to raise your hand (or the bar). If you’ve got a thing for content that connects and the kind of brain that thrives in creative chaos, you might just be who we’re looking for.
Here’s where you come in.
- A writer with a passion for marketing and the advertising world
- Ultimate team player who will create value in any situation
- A creative who has a passion for storytelling on every platform
- Adaptable idea person who understands that good ideas can come from anywhere
- Highly observant and able to connect trends to marketing opportunities
- Execute quickly, and manage your time well
THE GIG
- Write and develop B2B-focused content for our owned channels, especially LinkedIn, Substack, blog, and email
- Craft smart, engaging posts that elevate our work, people, POVs, and presence in the market
- Translate big ideas, internal wins, and campaign launches into digestible, social-first content
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to bring narratives to life across formats
- Help shape the voice of our newsletter and ensure consistency across touchpoints
- Stay ahead of industry trends and infuse timely, relevant topics into our content
- Join brainstorms and contribute ideas proactively—you don’t just write what’s briefed
- Prioritize clarity, originality, and brand storytelling in everything you publish
- Jump in to support with visual content and video editing needs
- Assist with posting digital content across various platforms
- Be comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field or B2B sector
- A huge interest in the big social media platforms, marketing, and advertising
- Experience working across a variety of social platforms, blogs, and email
- Experience working with designers, developers, and team-focused creative process
- Responsible, accountable, and a self-starter who demonstrates initiative
WORK SCHEDULE
- This is a hybrid role with a required 3 days on-site from our Miami office
- You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday
COMPENSATION
- $20/hour
