Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing paid media strategies that align with brand objectives, audience insights, and budgets.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute campaigns across paid social, display, video, radio, paid search, influencer, and broadcast/connected media.
- Manage workflow with creative teams and agencies: open jobs, review assets, proof creative, and route for approvals (including legal).
- Align media with national promotions and sales events, ensuring all stakeholders (web, POS, agencies) are coordinated.
- Build and manage local marketing tools to support franchisees, including social media campaigns.
- Partner with agencies to provide franchisee-level social and media support.
- Support ad-hoc franchise marketing requests, ensuring messaging and creative are consistent.
- Plan, launch, and actively manage large-scale paid social campaigns (with a focus on TikTok) to drive acquisition and retention.
- Monitor live campaigns for pacing, delivery, and performance; recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate on large-scale paid search campaigns, including ad copy creation, approvals, and translations.
- Work with analytics teams to QA data, interpret results, and contribute to performance reporting.
- Support leadership with testing schedules, optimizations, and presentations.
- Draft creative overviews for upcoming promotions to share with stores and social care teams.
- Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices; share POVs with the team.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in paid media planning, buying, or strategy (retail or agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms and ad managers (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DSPs).
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and partners.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel or Power BI. Knowledge of tracking (UTM parameters, pixels) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver innovative campaign ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred (not required).
- Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, in Plano, TX.
