Presentation and Desktop Publishing Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Presentations Specialist to join our Brand Design team on a permanent basis in our NY office. The successful candidate will be a PowerPoint expert with experience in investment banking, financial services, SaaS or similar professional services.
Working with a friendly and established brand team, you will be responsible for accurately creating and updating presentations and documents to tight deadlines and a high standard. You will ensure all work is quality checked, maintaining consistency and accuracy of presentations and documents in accordance with brand guidelines. You will report to the Design Studio Manager and will uphold company brand standards, partnering with key internal stakeholders and designers to create presentation materials used across pitch decks, client executive briefings, and live events. You will work with initiative and as part of a team, liaising with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Your responsibilities
- Create high-quality pitches, executive briefings, templates, and other documents using MS Office 365. Ensure all deliverables are consistent, professional, and aligned with company brand guidelines. Maintain attention to detail in formatting, design, and content.
- Confidently liaise with all levels of stakeholders, including Sales teams, technical teams, and C-suite executives, throughout projects. This includes real-time collaboration within PowerPoint to ensure seamless updates.
- Create brand-consistent infographics, data visualizations, graphs, charts, and technical diagrams in PowerPoint, ensuring designs effectively communicate complex information while adhering to branding guidelines.
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, producing on-brand event collateral, forms, banners, charts, diagrams, data visualizations, reports, and other assets.
- Support the Brand Design team in ad hoc print and digital branding projects, contributing to branded collateral production.
- Manage and update client executive briefings and pitch decks to ensure content is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date (logos, data, graphics).
Your skills
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in investment banking, financial services, SaaS or similar professional services.
- High proficiency in MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Animation skills in PowerPoint are a bonus but not required.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Experience with DAMs, Confluence and Figma is a plus.
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, design, and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Wrike) and design processes.

Compensation
Base salary range: $60,000 USD - $90,000 USD. Compensation includes comprehensive benefits and a total rewards package. Global Relay advertises the pay range in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background. For New York office employees, additional perks include a subsidized meal program.
