As an integral part of the leadership team, the Asst Studio Manager will assist in overseeing the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support studio operations and profitability in partnership with the Owner
• Lead and support the Sales Team and Coaches through ongoing development and training
• Achieve performance metrics including revenue, inventory, cost controls, and facilities maintenance
• Attend monthly meetings and participate in required Corporate Webinars
• Ensure adequate staffing within budget to meet studio demand
• Hold regular staff meetings and meetings with Sales Team and Coaches
• Plan and promote monthly studio events
• Maintain a clean, functional, and well-operational facility
• Progress towards overall studio management

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
• 1–2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field, with 3+ years of management
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $500,000 or higher annual revenue
