UX/UI Designers & Developers

Location: 100% Remote

Conduct user research, create research guides, and analyze findings to inform design decisions throughout the SDLC.
Develop user journey maps, personas, and other artifacts to guide the design and development process.
Create interactive prototypes and wireframes using Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and other industry-standard tools.
Translate creative design concepts into functional UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Work closely with developers to integrate UI designs into MVC frameworks and ensure a seamless user experience.
Ensure UX/UI designs align with Human-Centered Design principles and comply with WCAG 2.X accessibility standards.

Expertise in conducting user research and producing related deliverables, including personas, journey maps, interview guides, mind maps, and research finding documents.
Expertise in using standard UX/UI software such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD to create intuitive application prototypes driven by Human-Centered Design and in compliance with WCAG 2.X.
Expertise in using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create responsive, browser-agnostic prototypes and to collaborate with developers on the view layer in MVC projects or other design patterns.
8+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
