Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for complex AI-driven applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing for iterative improvements.
• Maintain cohesive visual design systems and UI pattern libraries.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.
• Provide design specifications and collaborate closely with developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UI / UX or product design for complex SaaS / web applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing data-rich or AI-driven interfaces.
• Familiarity with front-end technology constraints.

Preferred Experience

• Background in regulated industries (healthcare, Finserv, retail, SLED).
• Experience with conversational UI and automation tools.
• Formal training / certification in UX / UI or related fields.
