Your Role as a Visual Merchandising Specialist

• Responsible for VM execution within a specific district
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to execute and maintain visuals in all stores (Owned & Operated, Franchise stores, Multi-brand, and Owned Shop in Shops)
• Partner with the Sales Director to understand and support in-store needs
• Follow and execute in-store NAM VM directives
• Train store teams
• Support store communication, questions, challenges & prep
• Maintain intimate store knowledge that informs the ordering process
• Photograph and document in-store VM installs
• Provide feedback and post-mortems
• Ensure effective visual management and execution in the region
• Align category growth metrics with company goals

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of solid experience in Marketing and/or Consumer Insights
• 3 - 5 years in a leadership/people management role for a digital team
• Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
• Experience from a global organization; strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Travel

Travel required: 75% of the time

Compensation

Texas Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 commensurate with experience
