For our ZARA store in Prague Chodov, we are looking for a colleague for the position of:

VISUAL COMMERCIAL / VISUAL MERCHANDISER for the kid's department

The Visual Commercial / Visual Merchandiser is an integral part of Zara's brand image. We are looking for a professional with a keen eye for detail and endless motivation!

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for store merchandising in line with company guidelines.
• Effective presentation of new collections.
• Support the Commercial Manager in developing and executing creative and visual ideas for the store.
• Proper use of decorations and mannequins to create the store's visual look.
• Monitor current fashion trends and provide feedback on in-store activity.
• Analyze daily information and respond accordingly.
• Plan store visual activities on a daily/weekly and seasonal basis.
• Cooperate with the operations team to ensure correct use of RFID procedures.
• Check stock in the store and communicate product needs to managers.
• Manage all product-related processes.
• Participate in the training and development of colleagues.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Cooperate with management in training new employees.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in fashion retail.
• Very good knowledge of Czech and English.
• Visual talent and creative thinking.
• Ability to work with numbers and analyze data.
• Passion for fashion.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example, motivate, and develop the team.
• Stress resilience.
• Initiative and self-motivation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
