Work Schedule Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Work Itself
- Collaborates with Content Strategy, Usability, front-end developers and product partners.
- Ensures existing Ally UX style guide and standards are applied or considered for all concepts.
- Responsible for multiple projects ranging from highly tactical design updates to highly strategic work, leading design teams or facilitating sessions with executive staff to discover creative solutions to business problems.
Skills
Required
- 3+ years of experience in UX Design.
- Portfolio required.
- Digital design experience required.
- Bachelor degree in design, user experience, information architecture, marketing, information systems preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing website graphic designs (e.g., art, color themes, photographs, web pages) and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands.
- Excellent documentation/review skills on all elements of site design from a human factors perspective to ensure maximum usability and alignment with the organization\'s objectives.
- Experience tracking website technology trends through analytics to identify new techniques and ensure optimal site design.
Preferred
- Experience with mobile app and web design.
- Experience designing in the authenticated space.
- Experience designing in Figma.

Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $150,000 USD. An individual\'s position in the range is determined by role scope, experience, education, and other qualifications. We review pay competitively prior to offering a position.
