Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Leadership: act as the primary strategic point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned key client accounts, building long-term relationships at the marketing leadership level.
Integrated Campaign Strategy: develop and champion integrated marketing strategies and full-funnel campaign plans that leverage content, creative, and social disciplines to achieve client goals, with emphasis on brand awareness and engagement.
Client Needs & Insights: collaborate with clients to understand objectives and challenges, translating insights into actionable marketing approaches.
Creative & Production Liaison: brief and collaborate with internal content, design, and production teams to ensure clear expectations and timely, on-brand delivery of assets.
Project Management Oversight: provide direction and set priorities for an integrated team, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
Internal Advocacy: advocate for client needs across agency teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Process Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of client workflows and internal processes.
Contribution to Agency Excellence: contribute to case studies and assist with award entries to showcase integrated marketing successes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing with significant focus on client service and account management within an agency.
Proven experience in developing and leading integrated marketing strategies and campaigns with a strong understanding of content’s role in driving awareness.
Experience briefing and collaborating with creative (design) and production teams.
Ability to provide clear direction and effectively guide the work of project managers or similar roles.
Strong client management and communication skills to build rapport with marketing-level client contacts.
Solid understanding of marketing analytics and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to client success.
