Marketing Associate – Investment Management
Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Partner with marketing, sales, and investment teams to design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, webinars, and social media. Tailor marketing strategies for distinct client groups (e.g., institutional investors, advisors) and adjust based on product priorities. Monitor performance data, track engagement, and recommend enhancements to targeting and content distribution. Stay attuned to industry and competitor trends, sharing insights to sharpen marketing strategies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create impactful collateral, thought pieces, and educational resources. Work closely with sales to ensure communications reflect business priorities and resonate with the intended audience. Maintain message consistency within brand standards and regulatory requirements. Provide writing and editing support for content across digital and print platforms. What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally within financial services or asset management. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Comfort working with marketing technology platforms and data/analytics tools a plus. A team-oriented mindset, curiosity about investment management, and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing.
