Program Manager
– is a critical client partner role demonstrating leadership, accountability, business acumen, and vision for Linqia’s key brand clients. The
Program Manager
will lead cross-functional teams in executing projects that support program delivery and client experience while balancing client, company, and team needs. A successful
Program Manager
is collaborative, driven, organized, detail-oriented, excels in program management, communicates effectively at all levels, and is thoughtful in problem solving and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include end-to-end management of influencer marketing programs from strategic planning through creative execution, delivery, and implementation. Manage program schedules and deliverables; proactively communicate expectations and milestones to all cross-functional team members. The
Program Manager
reports to Linqia’s Manager of Strategic Program Management. What You’ll Do: Responsible for program management of complex projects and initiatives to deliver excellent client experiences Lead project schedule planning and execution; update reports and proactively communicate program status to key stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle Spearhead project pipeline planning and balance cross-functional bandwidth to ensure adequate resourcing of timelines Lead cross-functional teams in hand-offs for successful execution and post-mortem reviews to gather and communicate key takeaways for continuous improvement Identify improvement projects and lead implementation of program management tools and processes Route creative to influencers and clients, ensuring feedback is clear, actionable and revisions are received on time Identify program risks early and convene cross-functional partners to align and mitigate solutions Monitor processes and identify gaps/improvements to work more efficiently Demonstrate ownership and alignment with business goals and internal culture Guide the client through the process while keeping them accountable to joint success Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in account, project or program management; agency experience preferred Heavily people-oriented with strong relationship-building skills and ability to cultivate partnerships across functions Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to lead cross-functional meetings Strong multi-tasking and time management skills; ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize High energy and flexibility in a dynamic environment Excellent technical skills – Google Sheets/Excel, timeline tracking (Asana preferred) Ability to commute to Linqia's SF office twice a week This position description describes duties frequently performed.
