Position Summary

As

Senior Analyst, Experiential Marketing , you will help Kraft Heinz create culturally relevant, insight-driven brand experiences. You’ll bring brands to life through moments that connect with people, shape culture, and accelerate growth—while strengthening connections between our operator partners (restaurants, hospitality groups, and foodservice providers) and the consumers they serve. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Experiential Marketing & Cultural Partnerships, you will support the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of experiential activations and cultural partnerships that drive impact for Kraft Heinz brands and our partners. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role blending creativity with analytics. You’ll assist in coordinating B2B and B2C experiential events, develop presentations and post-event reporting, manage project timelines, and help bring activations to life that deliver brand equity and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Event Support

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential activations—both consumer-facing and industry-facing—ensuring all elements are aligned with brand strategy and business goals. Support project management efforts across cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of activations. Maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and documentation to track key milestones and deliverables.

Analytics & Insights

Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of performance data from experiential programs and partnerships (e.g., engagement metrics, ROI, partner performance, post-event surveys). Translate data into actionable insights and develop recap reports that inform future activations and continuous improvement. Monitor and synthesize industry trends, competitive activities, and cultural insights to inform strategy and inspire new ideas.

Creative & Strategic Development Support

Contribute to the development of creative briefs, partner proposals, and presentation materials to support stakeholder alignment and agency direction. Assist in evaluating partnership and sponsorship opportunities through research and data-backed recommendations. Help manage the activation calendar and internal reporting tools to maintain visibility of upcoming events and results.

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with teams across marketing, culinary, sales, brand, and agency partners to ensure seamless integration of experiential marketing into broader initiatives. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners to ensure clear communication and executional excellence. Support administrative needs for the team, including budget tracking, invoicing, and logistics coordination as needed.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand marketing, event coordination, or partnerships—ideally in food, hospitality, or lifestyle-focused industries. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Analytical mindset with experience gathering and interpreting marketing data to support business decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel required. Familiarity with marketing and event metrics, project management tools, and digital collaboration platforms a plus. Passion for food, culture, and creating meaningful brand experiences. Willingness to travel occasionally for activations and events (approx. 5–10 times per year).
