Overview
Position:
Centre Manager (Music School)
Working Hours:
Office hours, weekends required
Salary:
$3,000 – $3,500 basic + work incentives up to $1,400/month (Estimated Gross Salary: $4,000 – $4,500)
Responsibilities
Evaluate front desk team performance in customer service, communication, sales, professionalism, and overall customer experience through 360-degree feedback.
Oversee logistics and facilities maintenance to ensure a seamless, well-maintained environment.
Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolment, and lead conversion targets; mentor team members to meet their individual goals.
Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values, organize staff welfare events, and achieve target employee satisfaction scores.
Ensure customer retention by driving high service standards, problem-solving, and achieving target customer satisfaction scores.
Maintain clear communication and transparency, aligning with company values, and report any issues proactively to management.
Ensure full adoption and achievement of goals in the Enigma system.
Track and report team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Flexible and available to work on weekends.
Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking skills in sales and operational scenarios.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Goal-driven with strong prioritization skills to drive centre growth.
Committed to compliance and ethical business practices, adhering to industry regulations and company standards.
