Overview
This role leads the development and lifecycle management of marketing data products that support personalization, segmentation, targeting, and performance measurement across Humana’s enterprise marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure data products are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership: Define and own the roadmap for data products supporting marketing and enterprise touchpoints across multiple platforms. Align data product priorities with Humana’s Marketing and Enterprise strategies, including north star objectives. Translate business needs into scalable, customer-centric data solutions. Epic/Feature owner driving work forward and creating clarity for the product owners and IT partners. Data Delivery & Quality
Plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality data for marketing communications, segmentation, and analytics. Ensure data products meet standards for accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and usability. Agile Product Development
Manage product backlogs and delivery pipelines using agile methodologies. Track delivery velocity and ensure iterative improvements based on stakeholder feedback. Oversee multiple development products across the enterprise that impact data as upstream providers or downstream consumers. Technology & Vendor Oversight
Serve as head product owner for IT and vendor-delivered data solutions. Lead investment planning and manage total cost of ownership for data platforms and services. Partner with IT and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data infrastructure. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, compliance, and technology teams to ensure data products meet business and regulatory requirements. Drive adoption and education across teams to maximize the value of data products. Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, analysts, and data specialists. Set clear goals, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Promote collaboration across teams and functions to ensure alignment and shared ownership of data product success. Performance & Impact

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communications, business, or related field Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 10+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or analytics strategy, preferably with a data product 5+ years of people management experience Proven success in building and scaling data products in a complex, matrixed organization Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and privacy regulations Certified in product management and/or agile methodologies Preferred
Master’s degree or MBA Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, SQL) Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences Additional Information

40 Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $150,000 - $206,300 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
