About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Customer & Marketing Officer (CCMO) to serve as a strategic partner in the development and execution of transformative strategies that drive the growth of the integrated customer growth organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, including the successful implementation of transformation initiatives, goal setting, and progress monitoring. This role demands a high level of communication and stakeholder management, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to demonstrate thought leadership, leverage business acumen, and a data-driven approach to guide strategic direction.

Candidates for this executive marketing role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being desirable, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing or sales-related positions within the technology sector, particularly the software industry. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in strategic thinking, vision, and driving organizational goals.
