Job Title: Sr. Product Designer

What does a Sr. Product Designer do at Fiserv?

Fiserv is looking for an experienced UI/UX designer leader to join our Pay by Bank product team. Pay by Bank enables a premier non-card based DDA payment on file solutions and wallet platform. You will define all user experiences for internal tools, integration experiences, and consumer-facing products, working closely with product management and engineering to deliver a best-in-class product that can be incorporated into any merchant payment experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong research and design skills with an eye for creating simplified user experiences and a passion for turning user insights into delightful experiences.

What you will do

• Track market, consumer, and industry trends, and competition
• Represent the voice of the consumer
• Engage with internal teams, customers, and partners
• Own overall end-to-end user experiencefrom the big picture to the specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve web, apps, mobile, and interactive designs
• Create meaningful UX deliverables (sketches, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, presentations) to help the team understand what to build and why
• Perform user research to test features and incorporate feedback into design iterations

What you must have

• 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within the payment or technology space
• Ability to distill simplicity from complex user requirements
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Marvel, Overflow, Mural
• Experience with user research and translating insights into design
• Experience defining, organizing, and hosting design thinking workshops
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities across all levels of the business, internally and externally
• Experience designing consumer-facing products and consumer engagement

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer payments trends and technology
• Experience designing cloud API developer experiences
• Empathy for clients and championing user-centered design
• Strong desire to listen, learn, and adapt
