This position's purpose is to enable and enhance communication between technical and non-technical workers. Additionally, this position will ensure accurate, complete, and effective documentation of manual and automated system specifications necessary for development, training, quality and regulatory control, and ongoing maintenance. This position is accountable for complying with all laws and regulations that are associated with assigned duties and responsibilities.

" Bachelors degree in Communications, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
" Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience:
" 2 years of technical writing experience, including experience with documenting software and systems, release notes, user guides, policies and procedures, training documentation and simulations, and/or content projects; additionally, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders on these projects
