We are seeking a dynamic

Senior Manager of Marketing Communications

to lead a team focused on promoting our

Electrical Products business

, which delivers cutting-edge

power distribution solutions

to commercial, industrial, and residential markets.

This is more than a communications role-it's a chance to shape the narrative of a business that powers America's buildings, cities, and infrastructure.

This is a hybrid position based in our Peachtree Corners GA office for close collaboration with the business we support.

You'll make an impact as you:

Lead and inspire

a team of marketing communications professionals to drive brand awareness and demand for Siemens' electrical products portfolio.

Develop and execute

strategic marketing campaigns

and

product launches

that highlight our low-voltage power distribution technologies.

Serve as the

primary communications partner

to business unit leadership and product marketing teams, aligning strategies with business goals.

Create and manage

multi-channel campaigns

including digital advertising, social media, webinars, white papers, and sales enablement tools.

Oversee

tradeshow strategy and execution

, showcasing Siemens innovations at key industry and customer events.

Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize for business impact.

Manage a marketing campaign budget.

Ensure

brand consistency

and governance across all communications touchpoints.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic qualifications:

10+ years of proven experience in

B2B marketing communications

, ideally in electrical, energy, or industrial sectors.

Strong leadership skills with a 5+-year track record of

managing high-performing teams

.

Bachelor's degree required, with a focus in journalism, marketing, or communications preferred.

Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in

demand generation and digital marketing

.

Ability to thrive in a

matrixed organization

, connecting dots across teams and functions and

managing multiple projects

and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Wrike, Eloqua, Sprinklr, Salesforce, Highspot, AEM, Adobe Analytics, and/or webinar platforms (On24, GoToWebinar).

Ability to travel 30% (domestic and international)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (with the exception of current Siemens employees in need of visa support).

The pay range for this position is $107,520 - $184,320 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
