Responsibilities

Seek trends in the automotive powertrain and electric vehicle market focusing on inverter, On-board charger / DC-DC and Battery Management Systems applications

Understand customers' requirements, competitors' positioning, and develop use cases for our products.

Define and deploy the Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate its regional execution, focus on key applications and customers

Define new products, justify the business cases accordingly and once developed, launch the products into the market

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customers, FAEs and sales team members

Generate sales collateral such as product presentations, competitor benchmarking, and fighting guide

Drive product promotion activities with relevant marketing channel

Create market study and model for relevant Infineon products and applications in the Americas

Generate sales and marketing collateral such as product presentations, competitor benchmarking and fighting guide

Develop and implement 5-year revenue plan for focus products and applications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field

5+ years of experience in marketing semiconductor products

Knowledge of the Automotive industry and semiconductor devices such as Power Semiconductors, Mixed Signal ICs, and Microcontrollers.

Good understanding of competitive landscape in Automotive Electrification products and applications

Solid interpersonal skills to interface with customers, present solutions and work closely with Infineon Sales and product lines

Self-motivated to learn and take on new topics which may arise during the course of business activity

Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations and / or other Infineon facilities

In the United States, it is required to disclose a salary range to applicants. The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is :

San Jose, CA Minimum of $140,720 base salary per year / Maximum of $193,490 base salary per year

Irvine, CA Minimum of $128,160 base salary per year / Maximum of $176,220 base salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
