Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic marketing leader with proven success in collaborating with sales to grow existing channels and establish new markets, exceeding revenue targets. This role oversees our B2B marketing strategy, including market solutions, brand development, demand generation, and channel marketing initiatives that drive revenue. The position reports to the CEO and is a key member of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, support, and optimize the marketing team while establishing scalable workflows and processes across the organization.
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
Build and lead a high-performing team, guiding them with a growth plan and a data-driven approach to achieve results.
Focus on results, continuously iterating and innovating GTM strategies and execution to improve efficiency.
Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, industry publications, PPC, and partnerships, to maximize demand generation and reach.
Lead content creation efforts such as thought leadership pieces, case studies, and customer testimonials.
Deeply understand customer insights to craft relevant messaging and campaigns that address customer needs.
Marketing Strategy and Execution :
Refine our brand story to resonate with target audiences, communicate our unique value, and build trust and loyalty.
Oversee omni-channel marketing strategies, planning, and execution.
Enhance brand and product strategies across all touchpoints with integrated campaigns that increase awareness, acquire customers, and boost conversions.
Manage testing roadmaps, conduct A/B testing on creative, landing pages, and funnels for continuous improvement.
Digital / Web Marketing :
Develop tailored social media strategies to drive customer acquisition on platforms like Google, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Lead performance marketing efforts, including paid social, search, and affiliate channels.
Develop and implement a website and e-commerce roadmap focused on delivering excellent UX and conversion experiences.
Reporting & Analysis :
Implement systems for real-time, full-funnel marketing metric tracking from impression to sign-up.
Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and report insights and recommendations regularly to the CEO.
Evaluate channel performance, analyze customer LTV and CAC, and optimize the customer journey.
Build and nurture a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-centric marketing team.
Qualifications :
10+ years in B2B marketing, with 5+ years leading teams, and 3+ years in SaaS.
Experience in the veterinary industry is preferred but not required.
Proven success in designing marketing strategies and demand-generation programs that meet or exceed revenue goals.
Strong experience with digital platforms (Google, TikTok, Meta, etc.) and supporting software (Hubspot, Salesforce).
Experience with product-led growth, self-service models, sales, and channel strategies.
At least 3 years of using social media marketing at scale to acquire customers.
Track record of scaling B2B marketing teams in SaaS growth environments.
Ability to directly tie marketing efforts to revenue.
Excellent storytelling and brand engagement skills.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
Customer-focused mindset, leveraging data and market research for continuous improvement.
Other Information :
Location: Remote (bonus points for living near Des Moines, IA, or Denver, CO).
Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 base salary + bonus.
