If you’re a creative problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, this could be your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Director of Marketing Operations and Growth in monitoring campaign performance and ensuring projects stay on track and on budget.

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives designed to boost brand visibility and member engagement.
  • Design and manage digital content—including visuals, web, and multimedia assets—that drive engagement.
  • Create and optimize landing pages and web content (Drupal, HubSpot) to maximize conversions.
  • Develop tools and templates that empower teams and support sales enablement.

  • Leverage Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality marketing visuals and multimedia content.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a digital agency, marketing operations, or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with advertising tools such as Google Tag Manager, social media ad platforms, and Google Display.
  • Demonstrated experience in advertising operations and collaborating with sales teams and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and expertise in creating short-form content.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
