Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: C$35 - C$40/hr Start Date: 10.06.2025 Job Title Training Content Writer Job Description Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and informative training materials, including manuals, eLearning modules, videos, and other instructional content. Brand Voice: Adapt writing style to match and reflect the specific tone, style, and voice of different client brands. Creative Thinking: Develop creative approaches to present complex information in a compelling and easily digestible manner. Research & Understanding: Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training objectives and ensure content accuracy and relevance. Audience Focused: Tailor content for different learner levels, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all audiences. Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to established guidelines, maintaining consistency across materials and projects Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and project management teams to align content with overall brand strategies and visual elements. Content Updates: Revise and update existing training materials as necessary, ensuring content stays current with evolving best practices or product changes. Feedback Integration: Incorporate client and learner feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness. SEO & Engagement: Optimize content for digital formats, ensuring it is searchable, interactive, and engaging for the intended audience. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in writing training or instructional content. Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities. Ability to adapt to various brand voices and styles. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Using Articulate Rise and/or Storyline an added bonus Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40 an hour.
