Overview The purpose of this class is to provide leadership and oversee planning, direction, control and evaluation of all work associated with the day-to-day operation of assigned College divisions or functions. Minimum five years of progressive experience in a creative leadership role, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field required. Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale . Responsibilities Develop and implement creative goals, objectives and strategic initiatives in alignment with college-wide priorities and senior management. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive enrollment, retention, fundraising, and student engagement. Evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures to ensure consistency. Supervise, coach, and evaluate assigned staff within the Creative Services department, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Oversee the creative workflow and daily operations of the Creative Services team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing culture. Provide strategic creative direction to departments across the college, helping them achieve their goals while aligning with CCBC’s brand standards. Prepare, analyze and provide reports on miscellaneous subjects, as requested. Serve as liaison between College departments, vendors, government agencies and/or other external organizations. Manage operating budgets and vendor contacts for assigned divisions or function, as required. Lead the visual brand identity of CCBC, ensuring that all communications (print, electronic, display, social media, and video) consistently represent the college’s mission, values, and visual standards. Oversee the creative workflow and daily operations of the Creative Services team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing culture. Responsible for operational budget and management of several large college-wide service contracts, outside printing, photography, promotional and direct and bulk mail services. Oversee the conceptual development, design, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support enrollment, retention, fundraising, student engagement, and reputation-building efforts. Advise internal college clients with list buying and best practices for mailing. Oversee mailings and mail house procedures. Oversee the production and creative direction of small and large-scale video and multimedia projects, including concepting, scripting, vendor collaboration, and distribution. Conceptualize, assess, develop and design college print and electronic publications and collateral materials for internal clients to build and retain enrollment, support fundraising/advancement and promote student engagement and success. Work closely with the director of Enrollment Marketing to provide strategic and creative consultation to internal clients across the college, developing custom communications strategies that meet departmental goals and adhere to college-wide branding standards. Lead brand development efforts for special projects and major events throughout the college. Partner with college leadership to elevate CCBC’s visibility and reputation through bold, innovative creative solutions. Determine needs, identify scope of work, solicit bids, coordinate purchasing and art direct major college-wide communications that promote recruitment, institutional advancement and other college functions. Manage and evaluate contracts for external service providers, including vendors for photography, videography, printing, promotional items, and mailing services. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and directing integrated campaigns. Demonstrated ability to manage a team of creative professionals and provide creative direction. Ability to work across multiple campuses to understand creative needs and work to develop solutions that increase and improve efficiencies. Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Photoshop, digital asset management systems, and project management systems is required. Proven experience directing integrated campaigns across print, digital, video, and social media platforms. Higher education or a complex, multi-campus organization experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
