ExamWorks is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team.

The Marketing Associate works closely with the Operations and Management team to implement the marketing strategies defined by Senior Management. This role is responsible for creating and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, social media updates, content creation for ExamWorks Business Units, composing marketing reports, and managing communications as approved by Senior Management. The position requires a team-oriented approach, accuracy, timeliness, and current market knowledge to provide high-quality marketing content.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm EST.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 Hourly

Travel Percentage: 10%

Essential Job Functions

  • Create and manage content calendars driving all marketing campaigns, including social media, newsletters, emailers, live engagements, and other media as needed.
  • Execute market research projects.
  • Create copy, edit, proofread, and revise communications.
  • Design and launch email campaigns.
  • Work with management to determine event budgets and manage expenses within budget.
  • Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
  • Develop marketing communications campaigns and measure effectiveness over time.
  • Create thought leadership materials and fresh content ideas aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with executive-level contacts to increase social media engagement and exposure.
  • Assist, develop, and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
  • Research media coverage and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders and manage outside content providers.
  • Coordinate conferences, trade shows, and press interviews.
  • Manage marketing templates and information.
  • Attend regular sales and marketing meetings.
  • Create and manage initiatives to promote internal staff engagement in marketing campaigns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in communications and/or marketing preferred.
  • Minimum two years of demonstrated marketing experience required.
  • Experience with a legal organization or within the law community preferred.

Other Qualifications
  • Must have complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone.
  • Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet. SEO: SEMrush; social media management: Hootsuite; WordPress; Umbraco 7; Dynamics 365 CRM are preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond to management directions accurately and efficiently.
  • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and seek ways to improve quality.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to convey information clearly, listen effectively, and ask clarifying questions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and promote a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to stay focused in close quarters with normal distractions and avoid distracting others.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet occasional tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage and direct change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately.
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures in effect at time of hire and as they may change.
