This is a 100% remote opportunity. TTEC Digital seeks a Sr. UX Designer to join our CX Consulting practice area. We are looking for a strategic and tactical thinker who has a growth mindset and a track record crafting experience strategies, designing and developing customized customer experience and employee experience solutions powered by best-in-class digital platforms.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business objectives, user needs, and market requirements, providing strategic design insights and direction.
  • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and/or competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutions.
  • Lead Visual Design efforts from initial concepts to a refined design with minimal guidance; mentor junior designers when appropriate.
  • Independently execute on Wireframes & Prototypes (low, mid, and high fidelity) with minimal guidance & coaching.
  • Deliver on multiple workstreams or accounts at the same time, while managing priorities and timelines effectively.
  • Advocate for user-centric design within the company.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the companys design culture, helping to evolve best practices and standards.

What You Will Bring
  • 48 years of UI/UX Design experience, preferably within a consulting or agency environment.
  • A digital portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and high-quality user experiences is required.
  • Proficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma and/or Adobe XD.
  • Hands-on experience with design methods such as Heuristic Evaluations and Design Thinking workshops to build empathy for users.
  • Working knowledge of Design Systems, with experience maintaining or contributing to a system at scale.
  • Ability to design across a variety of digital channels, including Web and Mobile app.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience with user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • A passion for user-centered design and a drive to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree required.
  • Remote with the ability to travel to clients for key meetings.

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 a year.

  • This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
