Compensation: Salary up to $76,650 based on education and experience.
Job Description: As a Training Content Developer with OMES you will enjoy:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain engaging and instructional training content focused on public procurement practices, including videos, guides, slide decks, and interactive e-learning modules.
- Interpret and translate procurement laws, administrative rules, policies, and procedures into clear, accessible training content for a variety of learning audiences.
- Support the Statewide Learning Services team, including new Certified Procurement Officer.
- Facilitate virtual or in-person training sessions related to the Central Purchasing Act, statewide contracting, procurement systems, and policy updates.
- Stay current on statutory and system changes and proactively update training materials and documentation.
- Participate in and support cross-functional projects related to procurement system upgrades or business process improvements.
- Provide feedback to process owners and policy teams regarding trends in training needs or recurring issues.
- Serve as a procurement knowledge resource for OMES and state agencies, responding to procurement process or policy inquiries.
- Participate in "CP Listens" sessions or feedback loops to inform and adapt training based on agency needs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, procurement, education, or a related field; and
- Two (2) years of experience in procurement, training, human resource development or classroom teaching
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
- Experience working with a wide range of learning styles and providing effective solutions, trainings, and lessons to diverse learners.
- Experience with Oklahoma procurement.
- Experience with PeopleSoft.
