The Opportunity:
Currently seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and provide support to an up-tempo, creative environment for a DOD customer located in Virginia. As a Graphic Designer, you will work in a dynamic production environment and assist with defining customer requirements, developing solutions, and creating innovative production concepts. Responsibilities:
All candidates will be required to provide a portfolio prior to an interview.

Draw on diverse perspectives to solve design problems and drive effective solutions.

Collaborate with technical and business SMEs and leaders to transform complex information into clean, engaging visual content.

Provide expert recommendations and feedback on visual communication strategies to end users.

Format and revise subject matter for effective graphic presentation, including the selection of visual elements, layout design, and delivery formatting.

Design materials for internal and external communications, including documents, infographics, presentations, and web-based assets.

Contribute to the development of analytic standards and best practices, continuously improving methodologies and products.

Collaborate closely with others and applying feedback to improve and evolve work.

Work collaboratively to build relationships and accomplish tasks through formal and informal channels.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree and a minimum of three to five years' experience in graphic design within a professional environment, with preference for previous experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations.

Experience in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory.

Experience conceptualizing, designing, and creating highly effective graphics.

Excellent visual design skills.

Must be up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$51,800-$106,200
