The Opportunity:

Currently seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and provide support to an up-tempo, creative environment for a DOD customer located in Virginia. As a Graphic Designer, you will work in a dynamic production environment and assist with defining customer requirements, developing solutions, and creating innovative production concepts. Responsibilities:

All candidates will be required to provide a portfolio prior to an interview.

• Draw on diverse perspectives to solve design problems and drive effective solutions.

• Collaborate with technical and business SMEs and leaders to transform complex information into clean, engaging visual content.

• Provide expert recommendations and feedback on visual communication strategies to end users.

• Format and revise subject matter for effective graphic presentation, including the selection of visual elements, layout design, and delivery formatting.

• Design materials for internal and external communications, including documents, infographics, presentations, and web-based assets.

• Contribute to the development of analytic standards and best practices, continuously improving methodologies and products.

• Collaborate closely with others and applying feedback to improve and evolve work.

• Work collaboratively to build relationships and accomplish tasks through formal and informal channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree and a minimum of three to five years' experience in graphic design within a professional environment, with preference for previous experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations.

• Experience in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory.

• Experience conceptualizing, designing, and creating highly effective graphics.

• Excellent visual design skills.

• Must be up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$51,800-$106,200
