The Planet Group is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical clients.
The Motion Graphics Designer will have a keen eye for detail, can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and has experience creating compelling, high-quality content - ideally in the healthcare/pharma space.

The Planet Group is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical clients.
The Motion Graphics Designer will have a keen eye for detail, can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and has experience creating compelling, high-quality content - ideally in the healthcare/pharma space.
- Pay: $37-$39/hr depending on experience
- Location: Irvine, CA - Hybrid (3 days on-site required)
- Design and animate motion graphics for video content, digital campaigns, and social media.
- Edit video content from assembly to final delivery, maintaining brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams to ensure visuals align with strategy and storytelling goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Help conceptualize visual treatments and pitch new ideas for campaigns.
- Maintain and organize project files, assets, and templates.
- Stay current with industry trends, animation techniques, and new tools.
- 4+ years of professional experience in motion design and video editing (pharma experience preferred but not required).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a major plus.
- Strong sense of typography, design, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to adapt to multiple brand styles and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Comfortable taking feedback and making revisions quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
