Overview
Visual Designer (25035220). The Visual Designer supports the development and execution of creative solutions across digital and print media. Collaborating closely with creative team members, this role helps bring brand stories to life through engaging visuals, contributing to campaign development, concepting, and final production. The designer ensures timely delivery of creative assets that align with client objectives, brand standards, and organizational goals.

Shift
Monday- Friday Full time 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Supports in the creative development of complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all campaign components, delivering concepts and final artwork on time and on budget.
- Works directly with creative team members to brainstorm innovative ideas appropriate for message, audience, and budget, directly contributing to project design and development.
- Creates storyboards/initial graphic concepts and conceives functional design solutions.
- Creates and develops a wide range of digital and print projects, including email marketing templates, social media and banner ads, infographics, interactive media, and outdoor print.
- Builds and maintains positive rapport with clients and team members, partner agencies, photographers, and other vendors.
- Ensures final artwork and assets are uploaded to Wrike, following established SOPs for file organization, project closure, and team accessibility.
- Monitors and updates the status of jobs assigned on a daily basis and communicates to leadership and/or production/traffic manager regarding updates in schedule and project status.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint).
Ensures the flow and accuracy of content on all managed communication channels is consistent with print materials, accurate, and up-to-date, correcting errors and inconsistencies proactively or notifying the supervisor as necessary.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability of design software, photography, and web design.
- Strong professional and communication skillset.
- Short-form copywriting skills
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Other design/illustration software
- On-line and off-line campaign strategy development
