Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and evolve the Artist Engagement team's strategy across the LATAM region, while effectively leading a regional team in several major markets.
• Maintain strong client and industry relationships, owning day-to-day operations and ongoing partner maintenance.
• Build processes and iterate upon them to help drive efficiency and mitigate operational challenges in achieving the team's core business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience working in LATAM for a Label, Publisher, Distributor, or DSP in a digital marketing and client-facing capacity.
• Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience in strong leadership experience with the ability to independently drive strategy, delegate roles and responsibilities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong strategic execution background. Able to identify challenges and put plans in motion to address them.
