The Role

The Role

We are looking for a bold and networked Creator Partnerships Lead to join our early team. As an equity-holder, you will play a key role in signing creators and shaping Tidbid’s growth strategy from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Sign and onboard creators with engaged audiences of 50,000 followers or more
• Build and maintain pipelines of partnerships and relationships
• Work closely with marketing to ensure creators gain traction and visibility
• Plan creative campaigns to attract and retain high-value creators

Who You Are

• Experienced in influencer management, entertainment partnerships, or working with digital content creators
• Results-driven, scrappy, and comfortable with cold outreach and negotiation
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder

Equity

1 to 3 percent with a 4-year vesting schedule and 1-year cliff
