Job Description: Temporary role, W2. Start date: ASAP through mid-December. Comfortable being on camera and producing bold or unconventional content for the brand's social handles. Proof solid experience creating content related to food, home life, and grocery. To be considered, candidates must list their social media handles or portfolio.
Location requirements: Remote position with regional preferences in the following areas: Tennessee (Knoxville, Memphis, Nashville), Michigan (Lansing, Detroit, Flint-Saginaw-Bay City), Texas (Beaumont-Port Arthur, Houston, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Waco-Temple-Bryan), Georgia (Atlanta, Augusta-Aiken, Savannah), Ohio (Cincinnati, Columbus, OH, Dayton, Toledo).
We are seeking a creative storyteller focused on photography and videography for social media platforms. If your portfolio includes recipes, cooking tutorials, or culinary visuals, we would love to see your work. You will work behind the scenes to capture high-quality, engaging content. While on-camera presence may occasionally be required, the emphasis is not on individual likeness or personal branding.
To be considered, you must:
Provide examples of social content (video preferred) you have created for your personal brand or a client.
Work from home doing all aspects of social content creation, including brainstorming, pitching, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
Job Location: This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates who live in the areas above.
Important Accountabilities
Reporting to the Associate Content Director, Social, you will ensure creative excellence when delivering work for clients. This is the ideal position for someone energized by collaborating with teammates and clients and chasing social trends.
You will be an individual contributor and create visual social media assets (including Instagram Story wallpaper, layouts, frames) for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and other social media channels.
You will manage social content photo and video shoots.
You will brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats that promote engagement.
You have a passion and interest for capturing and communicating brand stories through social media.
Qualifications
1-year minimum experience; bachelor’s in advertising, marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
Understand how to capture content within social platforms (Instagram Creator Tools, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok) and can provide visual guidance on social assets.
You must be comfortable shooting with both an iPhone and a DSLR camera and have video editing skills.
You have shot in a lit studio environment and are not afraid to do your own styling.
Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative products (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $44.13 – $71.39. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with Dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for other benefits or compensation.
