Puff 'n Stuff Catering and Events is a premier catering and full-service event company known for delivering unforgettable experiences. We specialize in weddings, corporate events, galas, and private parties across Central Florida. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events post contract to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from contract signing through event execution.
• Support Sales planners with proposal creation, menu tastings, and the overall sales process.
• Proactively coordinates all logistical elements of each event.
• Included but not limited to final menu items, linen design, guest count, timeline.
• Collect deposits and final payments for all events; Manage event budgets and ensure profitability.
• Develop detailed Special Event Orders, timelines, and floor plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (culinary, logistics, service staff) and external vendors.
• Conduct site visits and oversee event setup and breakdown.
• Provide on-site leadership during events to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, catering, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Caterease, Tripleseat, or similar) and other computer software systems.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Event Management experience with high-volume or luxury events.
• Sales experience or ability to upsell services; knowledge of local venues and vendors.
