Job Summary
Marketing Assistant: As a UniversalGiving Marketing Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work on important, diverse marketing projects.

UniversalGiving has also been acknowledged in books and media coverage, and to date has matched more than 22,000 volunteers worth $31 million dollars of volunteer hours.
Responsibilities
- Research relationship building for marketing opportunities; journalists, universities, celebrities, etc
- Maintain and update relationships/opportunities in Salesforce Database
- Expand UniversalGiving’s reach and impact
- Provide leadership around the development and delivery of marketing projects
- Manage social media including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
- Report weekly on Social Media Engagement for social media accounts
- With proven success & a positive attitude, introduced on special projects
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in the field of marketing, communications, and/or PR
- Strong familiarity w/ social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Competence with Microsoft Office/Salesforce/Google Drive

Duration and Location
- Position is available for part-time (5-20 hours per week)
- Minimum 6 months commitment
- We provide remote positions with a highly globally focused team from more than 20 countries
